Bachelor Buttons

Bachelor buttons, also known as cornflowers, are known for their vibrant shades of blue; however they also grow in shades of pink, purple, red, and white.

Flavor Profile: mildly floral - suitable for both sweet and savory dishes. 

Uses: Their petals can be sprinkled over salads for a pop of color, frozen into ice cubes for a decorative touch in beverages, or infused into syrups or tea blends.
